This new build in New River Arizona is a striking blend of desert and ranch style architecture.
Our client came to us with a very specific image in mind, many hand sketches and floor plan layouts. We love working with owners who are truly building their dream home, the home they have thought about for years and are now bringing to fruition. This home is a great example that not all designs need to be thousands of square feet!
An open concept living/dining/kitchen, large glass sliders that open to the pool as well as an outdoor bar creates a great living space. Master suite, secondary ensuite and large laundry with a dog wash meet the needs of this couple and their fur babies. On the opposite side of the pool is a casita with roll up doors for the perfect exercise space as well as a great pool-side living space when guests come to visit.
